In response, we have implemented contingency\nplans to protect our members of staff and to ensure business continuity during\nthe extraordinary times we are all facing.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means we have made some changes to the way in which our\nPR and communications services are delivered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lifeblood of every small business is its people and our\nfirst priority is to support our staff. We have implemented measures to keep\nour staff safe and minimise their risk of exposure to Coronavirus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of staff who typically travel to work using public\ntransport have been instructed to work from home until further notice. All\nmembers of staff can continue to be contacted via email and can also be reached\nvia mobiles. Our main office telephone number will continue to be staffed 24\/7.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For staff working within our office, we have also taken\nsteps to comply with the Government\u2019s recommended social distancing policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What can you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need any advice or support when it comes to\ncommunicating the measures your business is taking, remember, we are here to\nhelp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to read and act on the advice provided by\nGovernment and to adjust your working practices accordingly.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make yourself aware of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/conditions\/coronavirus-covid-19\">signs and symptoms<\/a> of the virus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are infected or suspect a colleague or member of the public has become infected with the virus, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance\">follow this information<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Government is providing daily press briefings, which are typically broadcast between 4pm-6pm. &nbsp;The advice for businesses is being updated daily and can be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/guidance-to-employers-and-businesses-about-covid-19\/covid-19-support-for-businesses\">accessed here<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\"><\/a>If you are based in the Sheffield City Region, the Launchpad programme has published additional guidance relating to how you can access financial support for your business.
